our STORY

Jimbrew is a 100% naturally gluten free brewery. Unlike most of the other gluten free beer on the UK market, our beer does not contain barley or wheat . Instead of breaking down and filtering some of the gluten out, we just don’t put any in to start with. I mean, why would we?

We are proud to be a zero water waste brewery and have installed a reedbed at our brewing site as a commitment to our sustainable brewing methods. The spent grain is used to feed the animals here at Clifton Fields.

We are a small, independently run microbrewery, delivering a quality craft beer from our family to yours.
