our STORY

jimbrew is a 100% naturally gluten free brewery. Unlike MOST of the other gluten free beer on the UK market, our beer does not contain barley or wheat . Instead of breaking down and filtering some of the gluten out, we just don’t put any in to start with. I MEAN, WHY WOULD we?

We ARE PROUD TO BE A zero water waste BREWERY and have installed a reedbed at our brewing site as a commitment to our sustainable brewing methods. THE WASTE GRAIN IS used to FEED THE ANIMALS here at clifton fields.
